Gold medal consistent, tolerant, and easy-to-use complete pancake mix. Formulated to produce buttermilk pancakes with wheat base formula and sweeter vanilla flavor.

Preparation

Griddle_fry - place water and mix in bowl. Mix for 1 min, scrape bowl. Deposit batter on preheated griddle at 375 f. Grill 1-1/2 min on each side, turning once.

Storage

Store in cool dry location. Pancake mix is not ready-to-eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating. To prevent illness from naturally occurring bacteria in wheat flour, do not eat raw batter; wash hands and surfaces after handling.
