INGREDIENTS : Enriched Flour Bleached (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Palm oil. Contains 2% Or Less Of: Salt, Nonfat Milk, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Monoglycerides, Datem, Color Added, Azodicarbonamide, Soy Flour, Egg. Contains Wheat, Milk, Egg and Soy Ingredients.
PREPARATION AND COOKING : Bake - Pour water and yeast into bowl, stir until dissolved. Add mix, mix on low for 1 min. Mix on med for 3 min. Stop mixer. Scrape down bowl. Mix on med until dough is smooth, 7-9 min. Remove dough onto floured bench, scale and shape into 3 1 2-4 lb pieces. Cover and rest 15 min. Place on greased/paper-lined sheet. Proof until double, 45-60 min. Bake at 375° F, 10-14 min.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : Perfect for a variety of breads and rolls of various sizes and forms.
STORAGE : Store in cool dry location
