    • A dark chocolate-flavored confectionery coating with a medium dark color and a rich, alkalized cocoa notes.

    PREPARATION AND COOKING   :  Unspecified - Rainbow Confectionery Wafers should be heated to 115°F – 120°F for melting, then cooled to 98°F-102°F before use. Your melting method may vary depending on time, batch size, and personal style.

    SERVING SUGGESTIONS   :  With its silky texture and viscosity rating of 80, this coating is ideal for all kinds of confectionery adventures such as molding, piping, and drizzling. No tempering is necessary! Just melt and watch your creation come alive.

    STORAGE  :  Store in a cool, dry place between 65 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit away from foreign odors.
