White liquid floor sealer with ammonia scent Seals pores of flooring and levels surface. Works on all finishes of resilient flooring. Enhances the gloss of finishes and can be used with Diversey TrailBlazer Floor Finish Applicator (913577).

Use Instructions

Applying Floor Sealer

• Clean or strip floor using Diversey brand stripper according to label directions
• Apply one coat of Over & Under® Plus Floor Sealer using a clean mop or TrailBlazerTM/MC Floor Finish Applicator
• Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats
• After a minimum of 2 coats of Over & Under® Sealer, top coat with 2–3 coats of a recommended Diversey floor finish according to label directions

Maintenance

• Dust mop or sweep the floor as necessary
• Clean floor with appropriate Diversey brand cleaner according to label directions
• Maintain the finish gloss using periodic recoating, spray buffing or burnishing according to finish label

Precautions

• Do not dilute
• Always test Over & Under® Plus Floor Sealer on a small area of the floor to be finished before finishing the entire floor
• Intended for interior surfaces only
• Do not apply to exterior or vertical surfaces, or use on wood, cork and concrete floors
• Will not adhere to floors previously finished with a paste wax, paste wax must be removed by a thorough stripping before sealer can be applied
• Do not use on surfaces colder than 45° F (7° C)
• Do not return unused product to original container
• Floors can become slippery when wet, clean up spills promptly
• Keep from freezing

FIRST AID MEASURES

• Eyes  :   Rinse with plenty of water. If irritation occurs and persists, get medical attention.
• Skin  :   No specific first aid measures are required.
• Inhalation  :   No specific first aid measures are required.
• Ingestion  :   Rinse mouth with water.
