InHarvest 30504 Wild Grade AB Fancy Extra Rice, 5 Pound, Pack of 4
The black, lustrous grains of wild rice come in a variety of lengths and turn a rich brown color when cooked. This wild rice is grown in Minnesota and has a toasted flavor.

Preparation and Cooking Instructions:
- Bring 4 qts. water or stock to a boil.
- Stir in 2 lbs. of Grade A/B Wild Rice, reduce heat and simmer covered for 40-50 minutes, or until desired texture.
- Drain any excess liquid if necessary and fluff with fork and serve.
