    Off-White Powder that will prevent break down in egg whites, retard mold, and hold moisture. Give the finished product a professional look and a minimum of 5 days shelf life.

    INGREDIENTS  :   Powdered Sugar, Locus Bean, Tapioca Flour, Gelcarin, Agar Agar

    PREPARATION AND COOKING : 

    1. Mix 12 ounces 7-Eleven to 12 ounces of water

    2. Dissolve and bring to a rolling boil

    3. Add slowly to 8 ounces of egg whites, which have been beaten slowly to 3/4 volume

    4. Continue to beat until egg whites peak and desired stiffness has been obtained

    5. Bake in oven at 380 - 400 degrees

    SERVING SUGGESTIONS  :  FOR BEST RESULTS Reduce sugar requirements by one half and replace with 7-Eleven in all recipes for pie fillings, cakes, and icings.

    STORAGE  : Product should be stored at a temperature between 60-72 degrees Fahrenheit and away from chemicals and products that emit odors.
