Worst experience EVER!
I ordered $1300 worth of towels for one of the teams I work with. They wanted to exchange for a smaller size, but there is no exchanges or returns., Customer service has blunt with no explanation at first, just no these aren't returnable. Then I showed them the return policy, which said returns were possible with a restocking fee. Then they said all linens weren't returnable. It's like they're making stuff up as they go along. I'll never shop here again and will continue to flood social media about their lack of care and crappy policies. Next up, Twitter, IG and X. Steer clear unless you are 100% positive you are going to love what you ordered.
