Description
Southern medium grain rice, regular milled, with a maximum 4% broken kernels. Plump grains cook up moist and slightly sticky as the product is preferred for applications such as rice puddings and sushi. Can be substituted for a Calrose medium grain rice.
Preparation instruction: Bring water and rice to a boil; stir and reduce heat to medium low and simmer 15-25 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. -
