The Royal Strawberry Mousse Mix enables professional and amateur chefs to prepare creamy and delicious mousse without any hassles. Simply add the required amount of cold milk to this instant mousse mix, pour the batter into dishes and refrigerate for an hour to get the perfect dessert.
Preparation instruction: Pour contents of package into mixing bowl. Pour in 4 cups cold milk. Using wire whip attachment, mix on medium speed approximately 2 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl and then continue mixing on high speed for an additional 6 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat. Portion into dessert dishes. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving. -
