So Grateful!
I have looked everywhere for a decent gluten-free bread. Schar's Gluten Free Artisan Baker 10 Grains and Seeds is by far the best. With every other brand, I had to toast the bread for sandwiches. Schar's bread absolutely delicious un-toasted. Its consistency and flavor are perfect. I am very grateful to have found this bread. It gave me back what I had missed for years, traditional un-toasted sandwiches.
