Scotwood Road Runner Ice Melt is made up of calcium and magnesium chloride pellets that heat up quickly. It dissolves ice down to negative 15 degrees Fahrenheit on impact and is safe to use on streets, roads, sidewalks, steps, and anywhere else if used properly. This high-quality ice melt is a great substitute for rock salt. It has no color, no odor, and does not track.
