Specially formulated polymers allow Grip Coat to maintain its superior slip resistance during varying humidity levels where other finishes lose their acceptable resistance. A highly versatile extended wear metal cross linked floor sealer/finish. Increased durability resists dirt and chemicals adhering to the finish reducing slip resistance and damaging the finish. Formulated with exclusive micro molecular technology for easy maintenance, high gloss, exceptional film clarity and outstanding "off the mop gloss".

Directions

Prior to application, the floor should be completely stripped of all old finish, scrubbed or cleaned. Follow the stripping procedure from the Simoniz® Floor Care Video. The floor should be completely dry before applying the first coat and all subsequent coats. Apply in thin to medium coats, evenly. On cleaned or scrubbed floors, apply as needed. Be sure to use a different mop for stripping, sealing and finishing. Allow 24 hours for curing before burnishing.
