      I tried to cancel my order a few hour after ordering. They wouldn't let me. When my order arrived, it was half thawed.

      FOOD WAS BAD-NO ONE RANG BELL SO I KNEW IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED. I DO NOT HAVE A SMART PHONE SO THE NEXT DAY I FOUND IT ON PORCH DEFROSTED. WALMART TOLD ME TO THROW IT AWAY WHEN I OFFERED TO HAVE THEM PICK IT UP. YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN ME A REFUND FOR THIS BAD FOOD SO YOUR COMPANY SUCKS--ANYTHING ELSE?? AM STILL EXPECTING YOU TO REFUND ME MY MONEY

      Shipping of grocery items, delivered days after the pickup, is annoying. Increasing the number of items ordered is too much meddling with finances. Loved pickup service before shipping and increasing amount delivered beyond order.
